REFLECTION - This occurs when light bounces off objects, the amount of reflection given depends on the surface.
REFRACTION- The bending of light rays at the interface (point where two subjects meet) of different substances.
CONVEX LENS - A lens that focuses the light ray which is passing through it.
BINARY CODE - A system of the binary digits, 0 and 1 which are also known as lands and pits.
BITS - A bit is a unit of information, which can be used to communicate digitally.
ELECTRICAL ENERGY - A form of energy delivered by an electrical circuit.
SOUND ENERGY - Energy generated by sound vibrations.
PHOTOCELL - A device that converts light into electrical energy.
ELECTROMAGNET - A devise consisting of an iron or steel middle, it is given magnetic qualities by an electrical current in the coil surrounding it.
PERMANENT MAGNET - A magnet which always has it's magnetic qualities within it.
AMPLIFIER - An electrical component which increases the amplitude of a current.
REPEL - Force back or away, opposite of attract.
ATTRACT- To draw in with a physical force, opposite of repel.
VACUUM - An enclosed space of which there are partially no air particles.
